1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AIdome website, hardware services, platform, or products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

AIdome provides an AI-first enterprise security platform that includes:

• Gateway proxy for human/non-human (agent) AI interactions

• Policy enforcement and encryption

• Monitoring and anomaly detection

• SDK/API integrations and browser extensions

• On-premise or cloud deployment options

The Services are intended for enterprise use only.

3. User Eligibility

You represent that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity with authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Account Registration

Some Services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. License and Restrictions

AIdome™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services for internal business purposes.
You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Services

• Interfere with the Services or attempt to bypass security measures

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, UI, trademarks, and content) are owned by AIDOME LTD. No rights are granted except as expressly outlined in these Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, process, and secure data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with or include third-party tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, Google Cloud). AIdome™ is not responsible for those third parties’ performance or terms.

9. Security & Availability

While AIdome™ uses best practices to secure data and maintain uptime, we do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for implementing safeguards appropriate to your risk profile.

10. Beta & Early Access Features

From time to time, you may receive access to experimental features. These are provided “as-is” and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could harm our platform, customers, or partners.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. AIdome™ disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIdome™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIdome™, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction: Tel Aviv District Courts.

AIdome™ may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
